Good ambience.. people are co-operative n very caring. I went for a healthy heart package  costed 9k which is not worth. The scan only shows the calcium deposit in the heart. It does not show if there are any blockages. After the tests, we had to wait a long time to get the inhouse consultation. The doctor is also not well versed and able to explain fully.  I feel they are not knowledgeable enough about the tests and the results. Suggest not to go in for this scan.

U can rather go in for a CT angio in any other lab wherein all .parameters are covered.

The money was wasted by me. Had i known this, would not have opted.

We clearly informed that we had come as the TMT was positive.  Your people did not inform us that healthy heart package  does not show if there is any blockage in the heart.  It only shows the calcium deposits.  With only result of the calcium deposits, the chances of blockages cannot be ruled out.  You should clearly explain the patient before the test since it is very expensive.

Your personnel who took the appointment also informed that healthy heart package is all covered.
They book the appointment using some email.  Later when I asked, again they cancelled the appointment and again rebooked using my email.  Had I not asked, i am scared that the reports will go to some unknown mail which may be misused.

NURA is a disappointing experience . The tests have zero diagnostic sensitivity and are so arbitrary that the only purpose it’s revealed is to scare the patient into believing he /she has every possible disease in the world . A full body CT was done yet it gave no info on bone degenerative changes in joints or specific calcified plaque deposits or blockades or actually anything . They saw post menopausal changes and assumed it was due to cervical cancer sending the patient into a spiral of fear mongering .
The treating doctors in a few top hospitals then told us we have patients with NURA syndrome indicating imaginary diseases fear and paranoia .
Sorry NURA you have to do better !!!! Using AI as selling point backfires as hell
